There is a chance they could be more serious, and this is why it is always important to see a doctor as soon as a man notices something that isn’t normal to him. Treatment
Excision of an Epididymal Cyst
The epididymal cyst is excised from the scrotum through an incision of the scrotal skin. This is performed under a short general anaesthetic on a day surgery basis.
